The Christmas Fair

The Friends of Thorntree Association held their annual Christmas Fair on Friday 2nd December. It was brilliant. All classes were given a small amount of money to make things to sell. They made hot chocolate kits, lavender bags, xmas decorations, cakes and much more. And their stalls sold out. Santa installed himself in his sparkly grotto in the Library and there were games galore in the lower playground. There were toys and books to buy, refreshments and a grand raffle. And the fair raised an amazing £1,246 which will be spent, via the parent's association, on our children.

Many thanks to everyone who helped set up & clear away, and to those of you who attended. And a huge thanks to Siobhan, the FOTA Chair, who organised it all.
