School Opening Times

Here are our current opening times from March 2021:

BUBBLE 1:  Nursery and Reception

Nursery (via the usual Nursery entrance on Pound Park Road) 

     8.45am - 11.45am   morning session

     12.45 - 3.45pm   afternoon session

Reception (via the top playground entrance) 

     Arrival: 9.10am

     End of day: 3.15pm

 

BUBBLE 2:  Year 1 and Year 2  (via the top playground entrance) 

     Arrival: 8.55am 

     End of day: 3.30pm

 

BUBBLE 3:  Year 3 and Year 4   (via the lower playground entrance) 

     Arrival: 8.55am 

     End of day: 3.15pm 

 

BUBBLE 4:  Year 5 and Year 6  (via the lower playground entrance)

     Arrival: 9.10am 

     End of day: 3.30pm 

 

 

Our normal opening times can be found below:

Nursery a.m. 9:00 - 12:00  
Nursery p.m. 12:30 - 3:30  
Reception 9:00 - 3:25 (lunch from 11:45 – 1:15)
Key Stage 1: Years 1 & 2     9:00 - 3:30 (lunch from 12:00 – 1:00)
Key Stage 2: Years 3 & 4 9.00 - 3.30 (lunch from 12.15 - 1.15)
Key Stage 2: Years 5 & 6 9:00 - 3:30 (lunch from 12:30 – 1:30)

 Nursery pupils, infant pupils and those pupils in Years 3 & 4 should be brought and met from school by a responsible adult. Pupils in Years 5 & 6 can come to school and go home unaccompanied if parental consent has been given. Parental consent forms are available at the Office. Staff should be notified if children are to be met by an adult unknown to either staff or children.

  • No children are allowed on site until 8:50. Children remain the responsibility of parents/carers until the bell goes.
  • Registers are closed at 9.05am.
  • The bottom playground gates and bottom entrance door are locked at 9:05. If arriving late, then please use the main entrance and sign in, giving reasons for your late arrival.
  • The playground gates are unlocked at 3:20.

Access to the school after 9:05 is via the main Thorntree Road entrance only.

Nursery parents need to ring the buzzer at the Nursery gate to gain access to the Nursery playground where you can sit and wait for your child.
